Brilliant video Sarupa. I used to do the note under the pillow loads when I first started learning about the law of attraction. I haven’t done it for ages now, so a lovely reminder.
I love your approach to getting the right figure too. I absolutely agree with you on that. I’ve found that when people go for that massive jump they immediately slam up against negative beliefs. Of course this can be worked on but most people seem to do better to have a good increase but not that massive jump.
