I always wanted to play the heroine who slayed the meanies when I was a kid. Little did I know it was training and grounding for the work I do know.

It all started kind of by accident, ... and I know you don't believe in accidents. I don't. But it did happen in a very sneaky way.

For more years than I want to share, as I still imagine in my head I am in my 20s, (I know grow up, right...but we are as young as we think...!) In fact from when I was the little girl slaying meanies I used to have this recurring vision of standing at a podium in an outdoor auditorium and talking about love.

It would drop in as a daydream and then go.

I just knew from that moment I wanted to help people live the life they dreamed of and a life of their potential!

I started my business offering healing sessions, and running soul coaching workshops, and it was only when I was in my business, rather than my job, that I realised I had this thing about earning money.

Like if I loved what I was doing, money was wrong to think about. I worried about if people wouldn't pay me if I charged a proper fee for my services and every money story with a money block popped up.

Until some universal power chose me to be a 'success', I thought that was just the way it was. Fingers crossed I would be chosen... it was messy and hidden away as of course I kept a 'everything is wonderful' external persona.

I mean, you didn't want anyone to know you were skint and worried about money...the shame and stigma was as real as it is now. And all it did was sink me further into a self-made hole.

Then came an epiphany moment in 2008, I found some dust covered journals where in 1999/2000 I had written about abundance and wealth consciousness and developed a programme to write a new money story.

9 years it had been hiding away! And even as far back as 2008, money mindset wasn't a word, or a thing. And money healing was about the soul journey - your purpose, your reason for being alive. And what I saw even as a child was people holding their life on pause because of money and in an abundant universe that seemed then and even now, non-sensical...and then I lived it...ahem.

Though that is why I am so good at what I do. I know the money drama; I know the secrets and shame we feel; I know too what is possible, and that is where I will take you!

Timing is everything.

In 2008, the world was in another global recession and I started working with what I had created way back and my world changed. I closed an old way of working and my then business down and started again!

My understanding of money as an energy solidified, developed, and deepened and in 2011 I took my first ever heal your money story bootcamp out into the world. It still runs every year!

The rest is history, I could say...but of course my money story has had its twists and turns and those times become my greatest learning! I haven’t always enjoyed the growth and learning (who does, but we all know it is good for us, sometimes after the fact!), but, growth is challenging.

In 2016 I trained as an Archetype Mentor, taking my money healing work deeper as it led me deeper into the world of the unconscious ...to those places we all hold and hide from ourselves.

And all the while my love of writing was blossoming, another childhood dream I have lived has been to be a columnist! I wrote for Spirit & Destiny Magazine and then later, Soul & Spirit Magazine as their Money Manifestation Mentor.

And I have written for many outlets and been featured too and naming them now would look like I am showing off.

I know about me pages are supposed to be a showing off thing, or they have become so, but I don't do things just because everyone else does.

My fascination with human behavior is endless. We are so habitual, and money is one of those places where those repeated habits hold us back and can create stress and worse for people when they can't get that money piece in place.

My fascination with people and making the world a better place is what drives me. It always has, from when I thought I would become a lawyer, to when I was working in social care to help improve lives...the core desire has always remained the same.
