It’s been a year full of twists, turns, trials and tribulations. All part AND parcel of the journey of life, or so it appears but the truth is  it is always a choice.

This year I have been confronted in my own life and business and with my clients, the opportunity to deepen my understanding around this concept of choice.

Spiritually speaking it is likely you know that you create your own reality.

You will know that you have free will.

Yet, how much do you really understand this and utilise this power to really create your own reality as you desire it to be.

How much do you feel helpless rather than powerful?

How much do you feel you can’t do rather than can do?

How often do you hope for change in any area of your life rather than actually create the change?

How much faith do you put into feeling that there is nothing you can do, other than ride this storm?

Thing is YOU are powerful, you can do anything you want and transform any area of your life and not ride storms, instead flow downstream having the best life ever. Doing what you love and doing your bit for changing the world!

That is my intention for you, that is the space I hold for you and for the rest of the world. That is part of my mission and that is what makes my heart sing because I know that is what I am here for in part.

I know for some of you of you, life is one big hesitation because you fear you aren’t good enough and therefore won’t have enough and instead you wait for a sign or a miracle to give you the proof you want to take your next step.

I get countless emails from people like who want to work with me don’t have the money yet and wonder if there is another way, but I know even when the way is given it was never about the money it was always about the fear.

Fear will obstruct you from changing.

Fear is what holds you in beliefs and patterns where you are playing small and struggling and blocking your dream life from being a reality.
